Instapay reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions

Instapay take your personal data security seriously. We do not share your personal data with third parties. Instapay requires you submit your data for the creation of an account. Stripe.com integrates with Instapay and uses the API keys from your Instapay account as a connection to your Stripe account. Instapay uses Google Analytics to track usage. For login purposes Instapay needs to set a session cookie otherwise it cannot function and you cannot login.

Taking payments with Instapay - Security and Fraud

When you request a payment from a client using Instapay, Stripe.com takes the actual payment via a SECURE CHECKOUT PAGE and is responsible for the security of the transaction. Instapay does not record any of the clients credit card or personal data during the transaction on Stripe.com. As Instapay is NOT directly collecting any credit card information, Instapay take no responsiblity for breaches of credit card security or fraud as a result of using Instapay / Stripe. Refunding your clients

If you wish to refund a client for a payment made to you with Instapay please do so using the Stripe Dashboard.

Cancellation

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
We cannot refund based on "your software is not what I need" basis.

You are under no obligation to renew your instapay licence each year.
